Great head set. This is an rj9 connection that im using for an ip phone at work. Its comfortable easy to use. Plug n play. No complaints from people im talking to or on my end. Frees up my hands so o dont have to hold the phone up with my head and shoulder, causing neck pain. Highly recommend it!

You get what you pay for, and this didn't cost much, but would still be nice to know that this product isn't worth even the little bit that was paid for it, which was only evident after a few weeks, when the volume and clarity of voice thru the headset took a nose dive. And it's not eligible to return...

They look sturdy. They appear that it will do the job. IT DOES NOT FIT MY PHONE AT WORK AND I CAN NOT USE IT. You will have to make sure it will fit the phone you are using. I had to get a cheaper one but it fits from office depot. This product is still in its box.
