This product worked well. More than I can say about other cheaper versions here on Amazon. This was my second go. Happy with this one.

This is certainly not the RMSTATOR version you pay $120 for, but it has been working properly for several weeks now and is half the price. The thermal gel used looks better quality than the OEM one as well. This fixed my issue of under-voltage and my battery not charging. I took away a star for false manufacturer.

This was an exact replacement for my 2017 Sportsman 570. Right down to the wire length and connections.

I have the 2018 Polaris Sportsman 450 Utility Edition. After ordering the part, the company sent me a separate email with the FedEx Tracking number which was very helpful. I ordered on a Monday and it arrived on a Thursday. The part was an exact replacement of my old regulator. After installing I’ve driven 32 miles this weekend and no issues. I give it 5 stars. Polaris wanted $249.99 plus tax. Saved some money. Highly recommend this company.

Initially it was working well. I even went as far as to mount a Spal puller fan with thermostatic switch to prevent it from over heating. After about a month or so it is now showing signs of not working correctly and will occasionally drop below 12v when while running when it should be a steady 14 - 15v. I thought this was the solution to my problems but it's looking like this volt rectifier is starting to fail. Not very happy. I'd recommend people buy a cheaper ($85) model for older polaris ATV's. No point in purchasing this for more if it is going to fail like the stock one.UPDATE:Officially dead, tested voltage coming out of it and it's very low. Now having to deal with hassle of return process. Just avoid this product.

Unhook the old one screw this one to the frame rail attach the wiring and you're done sits there and doesn't stop quietly without issue .

Worked like a charm on 2015 570 Sportsman EPS. Had Low Voltage warning on bike with 1600km and tried new battery with no avail. tested voltage at battery while running and it was showing 11.7 or so. Purchased regulator, simple to install and immediate resolution to the problem, tested voltage and it was saying 14.6-7.

I figured you let me wait a couple months to make the product that I bought worked well it did then I started my four wheeler and then I smelt something like rubber but so I started to look and that it was burning something electrical from the inside of the metal box and it leaked whatever it was that's inside the box and burnt all the way down the wires too and then it drain my brand new battery too so now I'm out of both the battery and the regulator.
