Great sound and lots of features but the company is a nose dive. Sounded good - but the company was very difficult to deal with and charged me $25 because we returned a car sub/amplifier purchased in error and they sent 1 label for two boxes. After hours of fight - I taped the two together line Amazon CS recommended. Well - it didn’t make it and part showed up at my house 6 weeks later. Meanwhile the company was initially unresponsive until the Amazon worry free whatever. They held my refund for over two weeks and when questioned, charged a restocking fee $25 for an unopened item. Blah…

This package deal fit the bill for my son's restaurant: Multiple Zones, Mic inputs, FM radio, Bluetooth receiver. The USB and SD Card device connections probably won't be used, but who knows. My impression is that the RCS180-6 feels like 2 devices wired together in the same case: the "MP3" unit that provides all the audio sources except for the MIC inputs, and an Amplifier section to handle the rest. The case itself is solidly made, and comes with optional rack-mount brackets for the front of the case. The manual lacks detail, and doesn't tell the meaning of symbols on the MP3 unit's display. The level controls are definitely not what you would find on a Peavey, Yamaha, or Bose sound system, but they are about what I expected for this unit's price-point. NONE of the control knobs have a position indicator (arrow, line, or dot) to show the control's current setting, so I made a small dot on each knob with a metallic silver sharpie. The level controls for the MIC inputs, master volume, "MP3", Bass & treble levels, and the 3 "reverb section" controls are all 270-degree potentiometers, that occasionally sounded "scratchy" or added distortion when being adjusted, but are fine once set and left in position. This is acceptable for our install since the levels are fairly-well "set"., and shouln't need adjusting very often. The individual level controls for each Zone are 6-position detented switches (OFF + 5 volume levels). These can also be "noisy" during adjustments, but OK once set.The ZONE output connections are on a terminal/barrier strip that requires SMALL forked lugs on the wire ends. The 4-16 Ohm speaker terminals are standard 5-way binding posts. Be aware that for a typical Bluetooth audio source, there are SIX volume/level adjustment points:1. The output volume from the Bluetooth source device (phone, tablet, PC Etc)2. The MP3 unit's "Internal" volume setting, which is only displayed on-screen while adjusting it.3 The MP3 level control knob4. The MASTER volume knob5 The ZONE level controls6 The wattage setting tap on the back of each speaker. This is a bunch of settings to balance when finding the best sound after installing a system. I had to write out a quick guide for my son's employees on which controls to change based on the audio source. Rockville should have added something like that to their 'Manual".The WET5 speakers seem well-built, with a 5-way binding post for connections. The adjustable "Tap" transformer includes a setting for 8-ohm (20W max) use with consumer audio systems, and wattage levels from 2.5 to 20W for 70v commercial installs. They have decent sound for 2-way speakers their size, and they have an IP55 water resistant rating, so they are safe for outdoor use. In our install, we have all the indoor speakers set at 2.5W or 5W, and the outdoor speakers set at 20W.
