unfortunately one of the recivers would not charge. Apparently I'm unable to return the defective part. We will have to see if a refund is made. If you buy through Amazon third party Rockville won't be able to help you.

Did not get the full order after waiting more then a week. Only received 1 receiver in the box instead of 1 transmitter and 2 receiver like advertised. I was supposed to use this at an event now but now will have to figure out something else out.

since i have purchase the rockville version of the donners i have not had any success connecting the transmitter & receivers. i have even try to connect my rockville best par 60 to them and nothing. i also have the Lixada version and it connects perfectly to my best par 60 lights. i’m unsatisfied am not sure what is wrong with this item.

First, the shipment came in two separate packages from 2 different sites. Sent a message to the seller, got a return message almost immediately, as I assumed everything would have shipped together. Once I had all of the components in my possession (the second box arrived 1 hour after the other), the ease of set up and no lag time surprised me. My set up and tear down time are reduced by at least 1/2 hour by using this product. No issues at all. Overall, a good product for my lights!

These dmx controllers are alittle tricky to use but once you get connected and know what your doing they work great price is some whst high but it beats using cords

I tried your product for the first time I’ve used American DJ wireless pressure they wireless your product was OK it was a decent there was if you are questions about the manual but being familiar with DMX and how it should work I was able to figure everything out but if somebody was buying this for the very first time it would be a little bit tricky I have a history and lighting so that helped a lot thank you
