After a couple of months the temp display went blank, just out of the warranty period. The fans didn't even last a year. I have 3 out of the 4 buzzing. Need to replace all of them.

It’s 2 and 1/3 rack units tall. That is a terrible size. No average person has 2/3 rack spacers.Holes don’t match upThermometer reads internal PSU temp, not ambient.The biggest problem is the screws holding the psu on. They are located on the top and bottom of the rack and are rounded heads. They will interfere with anything atop or below.

I have two of these rackmount fans by Rockville! And for me, they work great by keeping my electronic gear cool and dry. Fan noise is really low and normal sounding. The heat temperature meter is precise with large numbers. Overall for the price a great rackmount fan!Marcus

I really wish for the money it was better designed. Had to Modify the mounting holes to secure into standard Rack Unit. After 2 months 1 of 4 fans became noisy. It Had not yet been outside a Studio Environment. After working in the field a few times, whilst the rest of my gear was not dusty at all, this unit had 2 more fans become very noisy. It is so loud I have to disconnect it if We are shooting with Sound onset.Would not recommene unless there are major changes made to this product.If Rockville chooses to update this product and send me a demo I'd be happy to recant and review. Until then.... 2.5 Stars.It earned a star for being constructed from metal and not plastic, and 1 star for price... 3rd star.. debatable.

Vey nice. It does keep the air moving. I'm not really sure that the temp. reading is entirely accurate though. I also wish it was a little less talk cause I had to sacrifice a component in order to slow space for it in my pa rack.

Fast shipping and very solid product. I use it for my amps inside my rack for mobile DJ, it works great and keeps my amps cool. The digital reading is a plus.
