Sizes do match actual head sizes. I bought one which was the actual size of my current beret. When received this one stated the same size on the bag but oversized and does not fit. I purchased a 2nd one smaller in hopes it would fit securely but same outcome. Both are way too big.

It was the beret but it had no flash sewn on it!!! I was looking for a complete product not one that involved more money to be spent on
