Contrary to what it claimed, the cake sticks to it, and it's flimsy and doesn’t hold up well . Cake sticks to it , making it difficult to remove and ruining the shape.I’m not satisfied with the purchase.

I cooked multiple cakes using my 'nonstick' metal pans and some batches with these silicon pans. The cakes cooked in the silicon molds cooked more evenly and were a breeze to remove. I will be converting all of my cake pans to the silicone now. Impressed!

Used the 6" version today to make flourless chocolate torte cake. I cut the recipe in half. Normal recipe calls for a 9" pan and the 6" is almost perfectly half the area of the 9 inch pan. The recipe calls for baking in a water bath, and this is watertight. Those split ring pans are not. Nothing stuck. The cake dropped right out. Normally, there's a little fight with a metal pan. It is now in the fridge cooling down awaiting glaze.

Even though they are silicone i’ve had these for almost a year and they’re still in tact. Only one of the green ones got burned and ripped but the rest do the job amazingly. the cake pops out super easily out of these. will be repurchasing soon.

These are to be used in a convection microwave, in an Instant Pot, and in a regular propane oven in an RV. They stack. They are light. what's not to like?They were supposed to send 3 of each... I got three... two green and one red.
