The filter doesn't stay on. It came off and I don't know when it did and I couldn't find where it fell of too. Pretty lose.

This is a much needed add on for a Rove 3 dashcam. When driving early in the morning, late in the afternoon or in the middle of a very sunny day the filter can vastly improve the color and picture quality of your dashcam videos. I purchased this filture to use on vacation trips on scenic highways when the foliage turns.GM

It fits over the front lens only.I wanted it for removal of glare and color enhancement as well as protection of the main lens.If it is adjusted fully removing glare, it can darken the image too much. I backed off from full glare removal to allow more light.It is a press fit, so, it could fall off with time. We will see.

It won't stay on, friction-fit only and it's loose fitting. Any bounce on the road, pot hole, curb, etc and it falls off. Some black tape will hold it on, but for this price, it ought to fit!Here's the EXACT same filter:VIOFO CPL Filter Anti-Glare Circular Polarizing Lens for A229/A139/A139Pro/T130/WM1 Dash CamROVE only repackaged this one and called it their own. Only $16, save $9.

I like the idea and will continue to use it but if you have to move the camera for any reason, or maybe even hit a big bump it falls off pretty easy. Not sure what to do about it. Hopefully I don't lose it. Just be careful
