They arrived new, unopened, well packaged. Easy to install and work well.I installed them in the wardrobes of my motorcoachUpdated reviewAmazon's worst junk.. failed after a few days into a trip! The replacements that were sent, absolute JUNK. The screws were so tight they required a pair of pliars and screwdriver to loosen the wire hold down screws. There is no screw head to adjust the timer. 4 units tried 4 unit failure 100% failure rate

I wanted this to trigger on Chickens coming in and out of their coop rather than people. It's working, but would have been nice to be able to choose mount position and then be able to adjust, rather than having to move it all around to find a spot sensitive enough. I had to add a bit of painters tape on one side to keep heat radiated from a closed door from triggering it.It would also be nice to see a possible wiring configuration for three wires (with common ground).

Simple and inexpensive, this worked perfectly for my stair lighting project. My only wish is that is came in a white colored housing, which would have been easier to integrate with the wall color than black.

I bought this to install an air vacuum system in the bathroom. Works really well, pretty sensitive detection and timer settings are pretty accurate.

Like so many others there was an issue with one not working. The first one didn't work, so I wired the second one exactly the same and it worked. Not sure how to replace just one....
