This flooring option is perfect for a variety of floor protection applications. Because the material is made with 100% recycled rubber, this mat is both socially and ecologically responsible. This product is excellent for indoor or outdoor applications due to high contents of EPDM (i.e., a UV/Ozone resistant elastomer) found in the recycled tire rubber. Recycled rubber is a superior material for reducing noise, containing vibration, and absorbing shock from workout equipment. This washing machine vibration mat is specifically manufactured for durability and is designed for both residential and commercial applications often exposed to heavy foot traffic. Moreover, the space-age polyurethane based binder used during the manufacturing process enhances rubber's natural anti-fatigue qualities. Each mat is fabricated from thousands of rubber granules and offers superior underfoot comfort and support along with a resilient cushioning for the shock of running, exercising, walking and standing. One of the biggest concerns commonly associated with antivibration rubber matting is its installation. However, this floor protector mat weighs roughly 50lbs in a 4ft x 10ft roll and generally lies flat under its own weight; therefore there is no need for permanent adhesives.

Bought this for my apartment sized washer and dryer. By cutting it into smaller pieces I was able to stack 3 layers under the legs of each appliance. The washer's spin cycle definitely has the vibrations dampened. In some rooms I can no longer feel them. In one room they actually got a little stronger. Overall, it is much better, but not as good as I had hoped.If I had thought about it prior to purchase I would have looked for a machine that vibrates less during the spin cycle instead of trying to mitigate it afterwards.

Thick enough and easy to cut with angled tin snips.Works great for our laundry area plus used off cuts for various projects. Would recommend.

This mat really does a great job at eliminating vibration and movement in our washer and dryer. Washer used to walk all over the floor with heavier loads, now it stays put, even with heavy bedding. Both washer and drier are much quieter, we barely hear them. Great investment.

I love that there is no smell to it. When we bought our vehicle last year, it already had a mat but that was horrendous. We actually used it this weekend for a trip as a base to our truck tent with other things ofcourse but it kept a base layer between us and the truck bed.

I bought this mat to put under the fridge that I have in the garage. It is the perfect solution. It is a great quality but thin enough to slide my fridge on. It make the fridge shock proof and it will catch anything that drips.I was very pleased at the quality and promptness that I received the mat.

My rating only reflects my disappointment in misunderstanding the properties for another use (floor cover to line with pet pee pads-lol). It would be a great washer/dryer noise buffer if I needed one of those (or had the strength & wherewithal to wish to lift my stackable unit up to try it there:)

Bought this to place under a marble slab for leatherwork to help deaden the noise/annoyance for my neighbors. Perfect!!. Not to mention it was large enough that I ended up with 2 sections so if I expand my "shop" in the future I can put the spare to use.The slab sits on an OLD wooden desk and the mat seriously silences 90+% of the noise that I previously had to deal with.
