Direct replacement pump ... fit and works perfect. Make sure you put any filter in the inlet side. Will save the pump.

It works well, but doesn't put out quite as much pressure as I'd hoped. Have a 41' motor yacht with 2 bathrooms/showers plus the galley. I plan to get a bigger pump & keep this one as a backup.

All other Par Max 3.5 models #32600-0092 listed on Amazon and other distributers are 40 PSI. This product has the same model/part number as the others but when delivered the box states 25 PSI. The unit is labelled 40 psi however so there's some mixup by whoever approves the package. Confusing but it makes more sense to me that Jabsco makes all models with the same part number the same. I'd give the unit 4 stars for performing as expected and being a value pump.
