I wear a 7 US in women's & ordered a small. They fit great & stay on my feet. The individual toe holds & ankle straps work much better for me than the standard instep/shin guard 1 piece combo. I wouldn't mind if the instep padding was a little thicker, I can see this wearing down & becoming thinner over time with constant striking, but so far so good.
