could be a tad wider IMO - but otherwise great - using all 6 places, sometime you need to fiddle a bit to get them in or out because the reels interfere with each other.

I set this up for ceiling mount, for which it was ideal. Love the ability to setup the inserts to alternate rod direction. The rubber flappers on the tip holders are great, much better than the cut out type holders where pulling one rod out can knock out others. Very easy to put together and install. No issue with the screws breaking off, I suspect that issue is from folks that don't know to pre-drill pilot holes for the screws and are using an impact driver. Also no issue with the inserts moving around, if you snug it up before you screw it in, they stay tight. When you connect multiple, the gap between them is larger than the normal gap, but no so much that it takes up too much extra space. There is also an 8 rod similar version of this, would be nice to know if you can connect an 8 and a 6 vs two 8's or two 6's - I couldn't find any info if that was possible. It is all plastic, I can't say how it would hold up mounted on a boat in more extreme conditions, but certainly seems fine for an inside mount.

Awesome product! I bought two 6 poles and connected them. Went up super easy on my garage ceiling and looks great! No more having them in the corner and getting all tangled up. Feels a little weak material wise, but rods and reels don’t weight much. Does the job and looks great!! Super happy!

Was searching for a way to organize the pile of fishing rods in the garage and discovered a way to use zip ties and tie it to my wire shelf and make it mobile so I can move it around easy . Great price , super easy to install, keeps rods organized , definitely recommend.
