After sanding the previous coating I swept and then mopped the surface and dried it. I bought 2 cans for a two car garage but used only approximately half of one can. You can see how nice it looks. But so much better with the Rock Solid top epoxy. Top coat adhered very nicely.

No point and doesn't work. You need to grind your floor to properly apply any epoxy. Just get a proper company to do it. It lasts 30+ years with professional installation

Product works well, but be careful if etching beforehand. Follow instructions exactly. We didn’t and then had to back track. We didn’t end up needing as much of the primer as we expected. We followed this up with the Epoxy and Rustoleum Rock Solid Top coat. Looks amazing!

This primer eliminated the sanding and grinding that I would have needed to do on my existing garage floor. Once the primer was on, you just have to add the finish coat of sealer within 18-24 hours, so I had very little wait time between primer and the finish coat.

This helped seal my floor and kept any bubbles from developing in the finished epoxied floor. Pay the extra money and do the extra step, it’s worth it.
