I ordered two of these to replaced the ones on my current A&E / Domitec awning as my old ones needed replacing. These were the perfect fit to slide in the support arms of my awning and they glide beautifully in the arms. Pay close attention to the orientation of the slider on the extension arm before committing to riveting onto the arm. Thankfully they provide an additional rivet just in case you mess it up the first time. :-)

Bought this to replace a broken slider on my Dometic 803GV14.40TB awning. Was a perfect fit. A good set of channel lock pliers are required to press the rivet together. Took about 15 min to replace. Didn't need the second rivet supplied, but will keep it as a spare.

You don't need any special tool for the rivet. Just hit it with a hammer and hard surface. It worked great.
