Perfect for light duty use on large travel trailer or smaller. Where this get's questionable is on heavier items like 5th wheels and RV's. If they had a better description and some instructions I'd give these better marks. The bases are small and aluminium. But well made and space saving. So it is all about what you need. If you need extrememly light weight and portibility, these will be a good item. They just aren't made for heavy trailers. I think being more forthcoming and having better descriptions/size and weight stats would help folks decide on these. Reviews are very mixed because of intended use issues. But at the end of the day, for my travel trailer, they do work well and the price is very good. They help stabilize nicely.

They work fine, are light weight, decently made but very small. Need riser pads to reach trailer frame even on flat cement

These are meant for stabilizing a trailer or RV camper, but that’s not what I got them for. Unlike regular jack stands, the height of these jacks is adjustable at any value in their range, not just a set of fixed heights. For me, these are great as extra safety supports under the car’s frame when I have to get under the car: not only I feel safer, especially if I need someone to get into the car while jacked up, but they also guard against the more common hydraulic jack failures when I only lift one side and cannot properly fit the regular jack stand. The built uses cast aluminum alloy in a single-piece base. The threaded column has a large nut that rests into a hex-shaped depression at the top of the base. For vertically applied load, these feel sturdy. I tried one from the set as a support after lifting only one side on the front of the car and it withstood the load with no complains. To my thinking, these have limitations in usage compared to regular jack stands, mainly concerns about stability under any possible side force. But for vertical support, which is what they are meant for, I really see no shortcomings, these are good I my opinion.

The bottom is aluminum, but for lighter applications should be great... I don't know if I would trust with a really heavy trailer though.

These jack stands work perfectly. They're sturdy and helped stabilize my RV something I didn't see as being something that had to be done so much when you set up.

These are not exactly what I thought they would be. They are very small and made of a cast aluminum that seems like it would fail if any real weight was on it. I am going to keep them and use them for projects in my shop, but i wouldn't recommend them for stabilizing a trailer.

List these for 1,000 lbs maybe and the price fits nicely. But not 6,000 lbs. There is no way I would trust these for that much of a load. These are just thin aluminum. But I am going to use these for stabilizing a small trailer I use for storage. Just to keep it from bouncing around when I get in and out. Maybe I will take these on a trip when I build our tiny camper. For small loads these are decent and a good price.

I've always wanted these for my travel trailer so when I saw them, I had to order them. It took about 2 minutes to assemble each jack which was quite simple. After assembling them. We put them to the test on our super slide and it was rather easy to install. It takes a little work to jack the slide up but we could defintely feel the difference. These are great to have if the rv is unleveled on the slide that the slides are on it allows us to jack the slide up to somewhat accomodate the drainage issues that we experience when the slides are unleveled. Not only were they used to help level my rv but my husband used them to help lift the rv to change a flat tire. They're very handy and really strong! These jacks are made of thick aluminum so there won't be too many future issues with rust which is great! I really like these because they work great. They're great but the user must be careful to not jack the slides up too high because it could easily screw the slide up on the track and no one wants to encounter those issues. I would rate these at a good 5 out of 5 because they're definitely worth it.
