Installed immediately in my RV under a counter. Bright and very simple and effective to use. Just press the knob to turn on or off, rotate knob to adjust brightness. Small problem: The knob did fall out after pressing a few times, but was quickly fixed with a dab of glue.

Great RV or otherwise DC light that takes very little 4W at max, and doesn't register on my meter perhaps less than watt on the lowered down setting. You can dim this with the knob, and it also can be pressed to turn the light on or off. This is a great designed light with ergonomic design and makes it simple to use and install anywhere as you don't have to worry about getting a switch. The 4w is great for night light by bed or other places you don't need much lighting like in a closet. The five pack and even single ones are very reasonably priced for the quality you get. Highly recommended.

Having installed and used a couple different similar lights, I had higher expectations. The good first: all 5 of the lights turn on and the dimmer function works. The advertised memory feature does work - the unit remembers the last dimmer setting prior to turning off with the knob (but see below). The brightness seems adequate for this size of light. The bad: the lights are very flimsy and light weight. Not sure how long these will hold up. The knobs were falling off in the box, and fell off after I put back on. I did find that you have to press them back on very firmly and they seem to be staying put for now. Hopefully they don't fall off. The lens covers are very difficult to remove. I was planning to wire these to a switch, so I could turn multiple of them on or off at the same time. These will not work for that as the "memory" function does not remember on or off. So when you kill the electricity with a switch, they don't turn back on by themselves. You would have to go press down the knob again. The other similar lights I have used had no problem with this. This may not be an issue for most use cases, but buyers should be aware of this limitation. Overall, I would spend a little more money and get a better light.

Easy to install. These lights are lightweight come with everything you need to replace an existing light. They are really bright and have a dial to adjust the brightness. I am happy with these lights and would recommend them.

These lights work great but the lens cover removal is incredibly difficult. Luckily, there is an easy solution. These lights are just what I was looking for. A simple 12 volt LED white light that offers adjustable brightness. All of the lights in our trailer are very bright and offer no way to soften that light when reading, watching TV or using the computer. This light offers the perfect solution. The light is small enough to fit above our reading chairs. The one knob control is simple, push on or off and turn to brighten or dim. This gives off a lot of light at its brightest setting and is nice and dim at its lowest setting. The lens features a textured diamond grid pattern to diffuse the light but has no diffusion in the center where it is just matte clear. This allows more light transfer but makes it uncomfortable to look directly at the light when it is turned on. For this reason I would recommend ceiling mounting only, do not mount this on a wall where the lens is in plain view. The knobs on my lights were well secured and did not have any pop off issues. The huge problem these lights have is that it is almost impossible to remove the lens. The lens slides back toward the edge of the light and then lifts out. Unfortunately, it locks into place and is held so tightly that it is incredibly difficult to slide out. If you mount this to your ceiling and later try to slide the lens back you will likely rip the entire light from its mounting screws before getting the lens to detach. Here is the solution. Once you struggle to get the lens off the first time just grab a utility or hobby knife and carefully trim back a little of the ridge on the housing that the lens locks into. A small amount of trimming allows the lens to still snap closed but take much less effort to open later. The photos show the original locking groove and the slightly trimmed back groove.

I purchased this light not for an RV, but for the camper shell on my truck. Overall, it’s a very affordable lighting option, but it does have some small flaws. The biggest one is the knob comes off pretty easily and I could see it falling off and getting lost. The plastic cover was also pretty challenging to remove. Thankfully you don’t have to remove it often, but still a bit annoying. It was nice that mounting screws were included,
