Useful practise of internal routing cable installation
- To make it simpler, get about a foot length of nylon tubing 2 or 3 mm in diameter. Poke it through the elongated hole nearest the center and look for the end of it at the other hole. with a pair of needle nose pliers and pull it through. Then thread the cable through and slide off the nylon tubing. Repeat this for other brake or shifter cable so you have a pair of cables running through.
- Using the cable as a guide, slide the brake outer sleeve on first, again from the center hole. This is the tricky bit because the hole is near the bend so the sleeve doesn't naturally run into the exit hole. You had to pull the cable tight so the end of the sleeve was up against the inside of the hole and with a small screwdriver under the cable, levered it up so the sleeve aligned with the whole then pulled it through. Repeat this for the smaller shifter outer sleeve.
Helpful TIPS for our customers
- Our handlebar diameter is 31.8mm, please use the 31.8 caliber stem.
- Highway bike handlebar Do not enter the mountain road, the wrong cycling will crash the road handlebar.
- Install the product correctly, please follow the specified tightening torque (4Nm).
- Tighten the screws. Since it is made of carbon, we recommend tightening the body to support it by tightening with your hands. Cracks can occur when strong tensions occur.
- The highway road handlebars may be slippery when wet, so suggest using a grippy 1mm bar tape on flat aero handles and a 2-3mm bar tape after shifter levers.
Assembly Instructions
- Please check whether your drop bar accessories are complete.
- When assembling, please make sure that the width of the stem head is within 45mm, and the handlebar diameter is 31.8mm. The width of the center must be confirmed to be able to lock the product properly, and manually install it with hexagonal wrench.
- This drop handle bar is for internal cable routing, the threading process will be cumbersome, please be patient.
- When installing the brake, please use the torque reasonably and install it manually.
- Please go to a standard bicycle shop for assembly and maintenance.
- The end of the handlebar can be cut in a regular bicycle shop in order to meet personal preference. Before cutting, please remove the handlebar, tightly wrap tape on both sides of the handlebar cutting line, and use the smallest blade saw to cut the fixed position. After cutting, use 400 grit sandpaper to smooth it.

These are great bars and out of this world quality for the price. 11/10, would def buy again. I use these on a gravel bike, very nice quality and really help w grip and road vibration.

Had these on my main road bike for a few hundred miles now. a 90s trek 1200 with some updated Dura Ace 7800 components.Pros: A E R O, width, lightweight, finish looked good, room for cable management.Cons: centering marks were printed widely off center, cable management holes were roughly finished, made it a touch harder to pull the cables through.Not bad for a budget build!

Have not installed them yet. But at first glance and feel they seem strong and light. The roughed up area where the shifters go is completely in the wrong spot. It is way too low to mount the shifters. No one would ever mount shifters where they placed this non slip coating. Super weird why they couldn’t catch that detail. I mean I know they are super cheap but geez, if you are going to go to the trouble add that non slip coating then at least put it in the correct area. I’ll up date after I install them and have ridden with them.

This handlebar is well made but I didn’t like the transition from flat bar to rounded bar by where the brake lever/ boots attach. There is still a jump even with me installing gel inserts on low spot.

The handlebars are not carbon fiber. They feel more like a plastic. They are lightweight and seem pretty nice. I’ve been looking for inexpensive aero bars. So decided to give these a try. The ergonomics are nice. I got the 440 mm. Wrapped them all the way. They fit my Specialized and Roubaix well. So far so good. We shall see how they hold up over the long run.
