This is my second PBLHM101. I use this drill every day at work. I don't oil it or maintain it in any way. I drop it , kick it even use it as a hammer from time to time. I drill at max speed for long duration thru brick and tile. Not a single issue so far except after a year and a half the chuck feels a little loose, but it still works fine. I didn't need a new one, just wanted new and shiny 😊

I received this product prompt and packaged in excellent condition, however when I opened it and tried to use it, it did not work, apparently it had a fault. I reached out to the supplier and they were prompt in their response. They gave me a full refund and told me to keep the product. I must say I am impressed with this response and how it was handled. I recommend them and will be ordering from them in the future.

I bought this Ryobi drill to do all types of house work and it exceeded all my expectations. I have an older version of this drill at work and I am thinking it's time to upgrade to this version since it's stronger and better. Drill it worth every penny..

This drill is a very good piece from Ryobi.Works fast. I tested it whit a dull drill bit, and this machine worked faster whit it as my old corded drill whit a sharp one :)

It works well hammer drilling concrete wall. Good value in even sent to Canada shipping charge was comparable to HST after all.

I liked this product. I used it everyday to drill concrete Anchors. I also purchased a dewalt to do the same job at the same time. Dewalt failed in less than 30 days. The royobi still going strong.
