Works great, can be laggy at times. Good enough for someone just looking to watch there speed around cops.

The worst customer support I've encountered so far. I got my unit in October 2017. I couldn't get it to work so I reached out to their tech support. Turns out they cranked out a few these that were wired up backwards. Someone was fired over it and the guy on the phone wanted me to try and fix it myself but the wires are TINY. It worked for about 180 miles so I was happy at first. It stopped working so I offered to send it back. It's been almost 2 months and I haven't heard anything but a lot of "I don't know" every time I call. The antenna is also impossible to mount well as it's hard wired to the circuit board with not break in the line. Stay away.

This product is awesome. For me, it works perfect. I have it powered to a toggle that I turn on before everything else. It takes approx 20 seconds to find signal even after sitting for a long time. I'm not sure why other people are having issues with this product. It is smooth and accurate.

This unit began sending out pulses to the speedometer even when not moving....this renders the programming of the speedometer useless. Talked to tech support...they never heard of this problem but they sent me another unit...it does the same thing. I tried to program the speedometer anyway according to their instructions. The speedometer does not display a smooth speed increase/decrease when you accelerate or decelerate. It jumps all around sometimes indicating as low as 0 mph or as high as 200 mph when holding at a steady cruising speed on the interstate. Also when starting the vehicle after it has been off overnight the GPS sender takes as long as 10 minutes to re-acquire the GPS satellite! NO satellite lock memory? This makes the speedo useless for short drives...NO speed indicated at all! There are dip switches that you can change under the clear cover of the control unit. I re-set the speed pulses to 16,000 per mile to see if the speedometer would settle down and indicate a smoother speed increase/decrease instead of jumping all around. Still the same, NO improvement.....STILL takes forever to acquire the satellite :(. I'm sending BOTH sending units back for a refund.

Installed this unit, initially worked as discussed in the documentation. I took it out for a drive and found that the update rate of the speed is very slow. There is no nice spin up of speed on the speedometer, it simply jumps around and generally lags your actual speed change by a few seconds. Intellitronix needs to tell the GPS to send the position data more frequently. Also, it doesn't seem to remember its lock with a long power shutoff and therefore has to reacquire the lock from scratch after turning it off overnight. This is contrary to what the manual states and thus far makes the unit un-usable for the morning drive. May have to leave the thing on an un-switched power line. All in all, I would not recommend it and may have to install a different speed sensor.
