I’ve been wearing SI support belts for a few years now and have tried at least a dozen of them by now. This is one of the better ones I’ve tried. I use them because I’ve got some hyper mobility in my hip joints and these belts generally make my day less painful and less fatiguing.Good points in particular: ⁃ I like the larger coverage of the sacrum area. I’m not 100% sure yet if it is going to make a difference yet, but it seems to increase the stability. ⁃ The Velcro attachment points could be larger, but at least it’s real Velcro and not micro. Many of these belts come with micro Velcro closures and those seem like they wear out faster than full sized Velcro.Point of mixed feeling/moderate concern: it’s got those slightly tacky anti slip points every 5-6” along the inside. And it seems like that’s working well so far, but I’m not sure how long that will stay sticky for. Some of these belts are made with the entire inner surface being a slightly rubbery nonslip surface, and that makes a pretty big difference. Because a belt that slips off your hips and up to the waist does you no good at all.EDIT: yeah, my concern proved valid and I took off a star for it. Days where I’m mostly seated are fine, days where I’m mostly standing are fine. Days where I’m frequently alternating? It slips. I’m trying it under my clothes to see if that reduces slipping. But if that doesn’t? It may lose another star because THAT is 3-4 of my work days a week and when I most need it.Overall: quite happy with it and really hoping that the sticky bits stay sticky. My experience with these belts is that with the velcro only lasting so long, they’re not a permanent investment. The best I’ve had is one that still worked 6-7 months later. The worst …had no timeline because it had no stick so had to be worn under clothing to have any chance at all of staying in place.Pro tip: when not wearing, leave the velcro attached. That will keep dust from settling and prematurely reducing the stickiness.

I have piriformis syndrome, where my piriformis muscle will tweak my sciatic nerve and make it difficult to climb stairs or get up from a chair without pain/weakness. This belt provides the perfect support to relieve the pain and let me move freely while it heals (it takes a few months for me to heal from an episode) I have a couple of these and they work amazingly well, go on easily and with the right clothing can be worn under a tunic or long shirt, or even a wide leg jean. Easy to put on and the sizing was spot on for me. Love the simplicity and quick relief. Definitely worth a try!

I am thrilled with this SI Belt!!! Both of my SI Joints and lower back are done for, so I need to wear a brace/belt everytime I plan to be even a little active. What I love the most about this belt is the width of it. Most SI Belts are only a few inches wide, which is fine if you only have SI joint issues, but since I also have major low back problems I need something wider. I've tried several low back braces, but most of them don't go low enough to help with the SI area. This brace is right in the middle of the common SI belts and low back braces which makes it perfect for me. I plan on buying a couple more to keep on hand for when this one wears out. I highly recommend this belt to anyone who has SI joint pain alone and if you also have low back pain!!!

I have had 4 lumbar fusion surgeries for severe DDD and I also have a torn SI joint ligament, so I am no stranger to excruciating lower back and hip pain that radiates down the legs. Besides lumbar surgery, I have tried all kinds of injections, implants, and conservative treatments. I have worn all kinds of supportive spine braces, from simple to complex, including rigid, full-torso DME custom-made braces ($$$) from the neurosurgeon's office, to help alleviate symptoms and discomfort. Out of everything I have tried, this simple, yet very supportive belt, works extremely well. It fits nicely around my hips and is wide and firm enough to hold for a full day without rolling or bunching up around edges. I appreciate the adjustability, as I prefer it to be very snug, so it hugs my hips together and keeps my pelvis, lumbar area, and SI joint tight and in proper alignment. This helps keep this area from moving too much and causing pain. I have been able to walk and stand for longer periods wearing this supportive belt, which I am grateful for. I have also noticed less discomfort when getting up and down from a seated position, which was extremely painful before I started wearing this belt. It still hurts, but not nearly as bad and it subsides quicker. Hopefully wearing this supportive belt and having that whole pelvic-SI joint-lumbar area compressed together and in good alignment will allow my SI joint ligament tear time to properly heal.

I have been wearing this XXL brace for a couple of days now. It has helped decrease my lower back pain. I like the breathable material. because it is easy to wash. You can wear it all day without any discomfort even while working out. It's easy to adjust the stretchable band with Velcro ends. This helps with the right amount of pressure to secure it in place.This works, I would have liked it to be wider for those with a stomach like meyself All in all, this is a great product. I don't leave home without it.
