The metal ring lays flat without a PR-24, the keeper is slim and the best.

Yep, it is a baton holder. Don’t know what else you can say. Hasn’t broken in the last two weeks of bar close, so I’d say it is good.

Looks nice but the single snap could be stronger. I used it during the police academy and when I got in and out of the patrol car it would almost always come unsnapped. Had to put a zip tie on it to keep it from coming undone.
