Comparable to HID cards at a fraction of the cost and lead time, AlphaPass cards are available with a wide range of customizable options. AlphaPass cards are compatible with many brands of card readers, including HID.
These AlphaPass prox cards are made from durable white PVC to withstand daily wear and tear and are programmed for 125 kHz proximity systems. The same size as a standard CR80 card, these prox cards are often used for employee ID cards, security passes, staff ID badges, and more.

What to Know when Ordering Prox Cards
When ordering your AlphaPass prox cards, you will need three key pieces of information:
- Your card format—this is most commonly HID Compatible 26 bit (H10301)
- Your facility code—this will be on the box your current cards came in, and is a number between 0 and 255
- Your sequence start number—every prox card has a unique sequence number (numbers are between 0 and 65,435) and numbers cannot be repeated, your new card order should start on the next number in the sequence. This will also be on your box.

We've ordered these cards in batches of 100 at least a half-dozen times and they've all worked perfectly. We use a dye-sub card printer to print directly on the cards and the quality is excellent.

I was pretty nervous ordering these cards, but once I received them they worked perfectly! I ordered the custom-programmed cards and entered my facility code and start number, easy. I have a Zebra ZXP Series 3 printer and they worked great. Previously our company was ordering these cards, the same quantity, and style, for $180 more. Never again! I will be ordering these cards from now on!

Update 12/26/2018: Just ordered our 3rd batch of these pre-programmed cards. As before, they were quickly programmed and shipped out (same day) and the cards work perfectly.This is our second batch of these cards and both times they were perfect. The process is dead simple. When checking out, enter your facility code and the starting card number and a couple of days later you get your programmed cards.We used to order them though the locksmith that installed the RFID locks and were paying twice as much and took weeks to receive them. Needless to say, we will be ordering these cards on Amazon any time we need them in future.We use these cards for employee badges and are using a to print on them and they come out great. One tip when printing on these cards is to make sure not to get any fingerprints on the "print" side of the card, otherwise you will get weird color artifacts. When printing badges, we use latex gloves and give each card a quick wipe with lint free towel.
