Never thought I'd write a review for a pizza cutter but hey stranger things have happened.My parents had one of these when I was younger and the thing never got dull. It's an industry grade food tool and is really good at what it does.$30-$40 may seem like a lol for a pizza cutter but it is night and day difference compared to my $5-$10 crappy mini wheel you can get.The wheel doesn't shimmy, like all the cheapy ones do.The handle is actually comfortable in the hand, not some squarish mini brick rod of plastic thrown on as minimum requirements for safety.The wheel is big enough so the guard isn't scraping your toppings off as you cut the pie.The thing has weight so it's going to get the job done.Yes it's a kitchen tool that's only used every once in a while but hey, the thing makes life easy during those few seconds

This thing is the Chuck Norris of pizza cutters. First time I used my cutter, the pizza was baked on a pizza stone. This cutter not only sliced clean thru the pizza but also carved my pizza stone into 8 perfectly cut slices. One time I somehow managed to leave the cutter in my back pocket when I went to the store, and all the frozen pizzas in the frozen food cases SLICED THEMSELVES !!.Seriously though, when Phil Swift cuts a boat in half to show the amazing power of F-tape, he uses this pizza slicer.

Got this as a gift for my birthday. I started making my own pizzas about a year or two ago and was frustrated with the little, dull, 2.5" wheel cutter I had. This one is just like the ones I used back when I worked in pizza shops years ago. The large wheel means that it dulls more slowly than smaller wheels, the high grade steel also helps in that department. Also, the wheel is easily replaceable, meaning that this will last forever! The handle is a dense nylon / plastic with a good texture and is dishwasher safe. My only regret is that it doesn't have a hole in the handle for hanging on my overhead tool rack. In the end, you can drill a hole if needed :-) I highly recommend this pizza wheel!!

While it was larger than I anticipated (and I ordered it expecting it to be large), I was okay with the size. What I wasn't expecting was for it to rust. I purposely avoided high-carbon steel for that reason, and I know stainless doesn't mean rust-proof, but I did expect it to last for a while before rusting so significantly. I would not order this again.
