Your cart is empty.The Sansula Deluxe is a further development of our basic Sansula model. In response to the wishes expressed by many customers, we have fitted it with a robust membrane of genuine goatskin and an adjustable tension device. These modifications greatly increase the range of possibilities of the instrument. Whereas the basic Sansula model is too delicate for use by small children, the Sansula Deluxe can be used in nurseries and music schools without fear of the instrument being easily damaged. The Sansula Deluxe must, however, be handled with the same reasonable care as all musical instruments. The tuning – a-minor with additional tines pitched at B and F – allows wonderful melodies to be produced almost of their own accord, simply by plucking the tines with the thumbs. As all the notes harmonise with each other, beginners also enjoy immediate success with their instrument. The natural materials used make each of the Deluxe models supplied unique, characterised by an even richer and warmer sound while at the same time being more robust. For all age groups. The deluxe model is made of the thicker membrane goatskin compared to the other non deluxe models of this Sansula which gives it more durability and a good depth of sound.This instrument is an absolute joy to play - you can make such beautiful music without really being aware of what you are playing by touching the tines, however if you do consciously use it to select the desired notes you can create lovely music.Note that even though this Sansula is tuned to A minor pentatonic as shipped, you can use a Sansula tuning tool to readjust the tines and retune it to another key of choice.

This instrument has a wonderful tone and is well made. You literally can’t hit a bad combination of notes. Quite expensive, however. Shipped free from Germany very quickly.

I did not get this from Amazon, but got it as a gift (so, I guess it may have been from Amazon). It has a beautiful sound and the tuning is lovely (mine is tuned to an Amin9), but also comes with a key to custom tune to your preference. This instrument not only sounds lovely but looks lovely too! You can get a number of interesting musical effects by utilizing the drum head and the position.

Beautiful, melodious sound - played randomly, I use for leading meditation. Very high quality construction, with a goatskin head that is less prone to damage than the thin membrane of the basic model.

Dieses Instrument begeistert mich wirklich! In der Deluxe Ausführung würde ich es jedoch nur denen empfehlen, die genau wie ich sehr hohen Wert auf die Art der Klangerzeugung und auch eine wertige und angenehme Haptik legen.Für mich sind beide Kriterien voll erfüllt und damit ist mir das Instrument das Geld auf jeden Fall wert!Für alle die nur gelegentlich Mal "rumspielen" wollen würde ich eine der anderen beiden Varianten empfehlen - da passt Preis/Leistung bestimmt besser ;)Dadurch dass das Instrument nur über einen begrenzten Tonumfang verfügt kann man mit dem Spielen sofort loslegen, denn alle Töne passen sehr gut zusammen. Für Klangbeispiele empfehle ich hier YouTube oder die Website des Herstellers.Der Klang ist sehr organisch und kann einen ganzen Raum erfüllen. Einfach nur zuzuhören empfinde ich sehr entspannend und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten aus den Tönen besondere Klänge und Melodien zu holen.Allen die gerne mit Klängen spielen und etwas Einzigartiges wollen, kann ich es nur weiter empfehlen!
