I really like the light weight of this shoe. I jog 10 miles a day 6 days a week so I’m anxious to see how long they hold up. So far it’s been 2 weeks and no problems. Very comfortable from the start.

There isn’t any spikes provided with product. They are basic running shoes with no spikes!

I purchased these for my daughter who runs high school XC. She has never raced in spikes and was a little worried about how they would feel. After her first race she absolutely loves them and said they were very comfortable and didn’t require any break in time. Based on other reviews I sized up which was a good choice.

Love these sneakers on sight, the colors are feminine and beautiful😍. However, I always get a full size up with Saucony running/track sneakers. My normal size is 11, I ordered a 12.

these are very nice for crosscountry running you can have spikes or no spike i like that combo and very light and soft inside.

I purchased these shoes because they were supposedly a well-known manufacturer, however as you can see there are no metal spikes and for some reason they took a size 5 shoe and put it in what they call a recycled size 10 shoe box
