This item did NOT disappoint. It’s an excellent sauna shirt. It has a very snug fit and runs small. After reading the reviews, I sized up by two sizes.It’s comfortable and doesn’t feel itchy.

I’m impressed. It does exactly what I was hoping for – it really helps me sweat more, which is great for my weight loss goals. The material is stretchy, so it fits snugly, but it’s not so tight that I feel restricted. I can move around comfortably without any issues, and it keeps me warm and heated, making me sweat even when I’m not working too hard. Plus, it’s pretty comfortable to wear, which is a must for me during my intense sessions. So far, I’ve only hand-washed it, but it’s holding up well. I’d definitely recommend this shirt if you’re looking for something to help increase your sweat and maybe get a little more out of your workout. Just keep in mind it’s designed to fit snugly, so be ready for that tight, compression feeling.

Oh my God this is unacceptable I thought that a 2X would fit me perfectly because a while back I brought a gym suit that is a 2X and it fits me perfect but this one doesn't fit me at all I tried to put it on and it is so tight it doesn't even stretch I'm very upset cuz I really wanted to use it I'm afraid to buy another one because I think it's going to happen again this is why sometimes I don't like to buy clothes anywhere online because of this situation this was very deceiving I hope that this get resolved

The size is way off more like kids sizes. I got the extra large and couldn't get it past my shoulders. In theory it would work pretty good because it is a very thick rubber material but I would have to cut it open and wear it like a cape to get any use out of it. If they have a 3X I might fit that but their extra large is more like a small/medium. Not very functional unless it fits you. If I were this seller I would just change it to say "Youth Sizes" that way people won't get confused.

I have tried MANY sauna shirts and this one is awesome! I got this a size smaller than what I use and it still was comfortable. It fits exactly as expected. This shirt helped me sweat A LOT!! It's machine washable and easy to use and maintain.

IfIf I I’m your workout Absolutely need this sweat suits. I love putting it on before my workouts because I am guaranteed to sweat and burn calories usually when I run outside in the cold, I don’t feel like I am sweating enough, but when I use this, it helps my body to heat up and to sweat and burn calories so I can’t wait to see the results in a few weeks after using this, but so far so good
