I bought these mirrors and installed them on my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500. They made my truck look great. However, during a short drive on pavement from my house to target, the mirror on the passenger side, glass fell out of its plastic housing and shattered. Very poor quality. There was no way to know this would happen or if I could have tightened something up internally to avoid this. I posted a pic that shows the interior of the mirror. I was hoping Scitoo would send me a replacement passenger side mirror but have yet to hear back.

Product has brace to stiffin mounting location no vibration noticeable while driving unlike some other tow mirrors. Nice product

This was a life saver. We ordered replacement mirror glass assembly and it was said to fit our truck. It arrived and didn’t fit. This thankfully came next day and fit perfectly. Was easy to install and looks great.

The mirrors are easy to install with minor modifications. They seem to be very sturdy, good view of traffic and enhances the vehicle's appearance.

Fits perfect on 1995 Ram 2500. Power mirror function works great. Simple to install. Plug and play wiring. My only complaint is the mirrors are not "perfect", but I would hardly expect that for this price.(PS you can install by only removing the screw on the inside of truck door in upper corner then pulling trim away for a couple tabs. It is not necessary to remove the entire door panel if you don't mind working in a tight space. I used a small vice grip to move studs, and a 10mm open end wrench to turn nuts.)

When mirror is flipped the glass cant even be adjusted to see your truck! Also when flipped up it sits on an angle and looks like crap compared to a factory mirror on the other side. Having to mail the mirror back because im assuming its a defective one and wait for a new one is also not very convenient as I wont have a mirror for my truck for at least two weeks!

mounted these after unpacking them, some of the threaded rod included was a bit short but I just didn't screw them into the mirror all the way. after tightening them down and driving around for a few weeks I have noticed no vibrations or anything and the power movement and heated portion works like a champ. plug was an exact fit for my vehicle and took about 20 minutes to install both.

I bought these mirrors for my 2008 dodge ram 3500 crew cab. They work just like advertised. When you put the mirrors up or down the controls work flawlessly in the correct direction. I had the sport mirrors and now with these mirrors most of my blind spots are missing. The only issue I had with the mirrors was on the passenger side when having the mirrors in the correct viewing position you could see the wires under the glass. I contacted the seller and he was willing to work with me but wanted me to take it to a mechanic that he would pay for. But after watching a video on youtube I realized it was very easy to take the lens off myself. They just pop off when you pry on them with a flat object. So after taking the mirror off I was able to tape up the colored wires with black electrical tape and paint the inside of the mirror with black paint. This made the wires disappear into the mirrors. I am leaving before and after pictures.Overall I am very happy with the mirrors and the seller was easy to work with so I am giving this a 5 star because they work as advertised.

The first 2 pictures are of the original ones sent to me. The first is the passenger side mirror bolt hole that had was improperly drilled and tapped that caused the bolt to not hold into the mirror and cause excessive shaking and the bolt falling out. The second picture is of the original driver side mirror that the power nor heat worked on it and it was unmarked. The third was the replacement driver side that has the marking and the power does work. These mirrors other than the set backs are of really good quality and I would buy them again if I had to.I changed my rating to 5 stars from 4 due to the company being so nice and having a friendly customer service and problem management team these mirrors and company are well worth it and I would definitely recommend these to anyone.
