Over fit is really good, color is a bit off from factory but overall great product I’m happy with it. Had to modify bolt holes so my radio would mount properly. I used this kit on my 2007 C6 corvette

The Metra kit had fitment issues but felt sturdier. This one fits dramatically better but feels a little cheap. Glad I replaced the Metra one overall. Hope this helps.

Since Double Din is a standardized sizing system, I assumed I wouldn't need to worry about a Double Din dash kit fitting my stereo, so I searched for one that had decent reviews and fits my make and model of van (2008 Chevy Uplander). Well, the kit fits in my dash area nicely and mounts to the van with no problems, so I guess that's a pro. The dimensions are a full 3/16 of an inch below standard size in every direction though, so the only way I can get it onto my deck is by removing one of the plastic side mount plates completely and that makes an unusably awkward fit into the dash...I just spent an hour sitting in my van in a rainstorm trying to figure out how I was assembling this thing wrong because I assumed that if it's a standardized size and that since it has okay reviews the problem must be user error. But when I finally got frustrated enough to pull out my laptop and look at the Amazon listing I saw that the dimensions don't match at all. So I guess my bad for not reading the description well enough and assuming that standardized sizing would offer trustworthy compatibility. The next time I buy a queen-sized set of bedsheets I'll be looking for specific dimensions first.

Hummer H3 2006, the fit is so. It fits perfectly the dashboard however the dashboards as well as OEM radio are slightly curved. The most probably the new din 2 unit will be flat. The bracket does not compensate for this curve what leaves you with 1/8" gap in the middle. Probably I will have to live with it…..
