HOW TO APPLY: HOT WAX APPLICATION
Using a ski-waxing iron, hold the wax block against the hot iron to melt (iron temp approx. 230°-260°F*). With iron always moving, spread a thin layer of the wax over the base. Allow wax to cool, then scrape, brush and buff to remove excess wax.
*Experiment with your iron to find the right temperature setting, be sure to keep it below smoking point.
*Make sure to have a SHARP WAX SCRAPER

I was hesitant getting this, as I had a scraper I liked that was starting to not work really well. Used it in my dull scraper. Now it’s working like it was new. Purl delivering on the goods yet again.
