First one I ordered came broken . I returned it and they refunded my money . A few months later I thought that I'd try again. Screen was packaged better this time and arrived in good condition. Even the touch screen worked properly which was an issue that others had mentioned. Having to use a mouse for every task.

I ordered this replacement a few months ago and it came with everything and worked great.New kitten thought it would be cute to break the screen going after birds with her teeth. Ordered the exact screen from the same shipper and this time, the double sided tape was missing. Glad my friend who was fixing my laptop for me had the tape needed to fix it correctly.UPDATEAfter I submitted my review, I got a response back from the company. They offered me a 100% refund even though the return/refund time had passed. Due to this, I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Just installed it, it went well and the screen seems to work great. I have touch screen turned off so I haven’t tried that function, but I see no flaws in the picture.
