From the photo these look identical to Scünci clips I bought in person at a store, but can no longer find. They were awesome, mostly because of the clear rubberized plastic that covered the arm and securely held the clips in even my young daughter's fine straight hair. These, however, don't come with this grip, and therefore are prone to fall loose like most other clips on the market. I was also disappointed the colors are much less vivid than in the product photos.I'd love to see Conair or any other manufacturer offer clips with the rubberized grip for a more secure hold.I'd give these 3.5 stars if I could.

I have fine hair, but a lot of it. Bought these to clip my bangs back while I grown them through the awkward stage. These are less secure than a bobby pin and slip out immediately (except for a few tiny strands of hair that are caught on the very end and get snapped or pulled out). Plus they are painful to clip and unclip due to sharp edges on the metal. For the love of all things good do not buy these they are horrible.

I love these hair clips , they come in different colors to match what I wear, and the hold on my thin hair holds very well, they are hard to find in stores so I’m glad Amazon carries them.

These are just perfect buy 2 sets because Amazon is the only place that I have found that has these colors. A lot of places watch because they show colors and they send you black ones instead. But Amazon always sends what is pictured.

I have such fine hair that most barrettes just slide out of my hair. I bought these as replacements for the ones I already have which leads me to the reason these didn't get 5 stars. After many years of use, the paint started chipping off my old barrettes, and I imagine eventually that will happen with these also, but I had to take a star off the new ones because the have two shades of purple barrettes and no blue ones. Otherwise, these are perfect for my thin hair.

These are so easy to use and does not get stuck in the hair. No ouchies. I am so happy to be able to find these on amazon because these are hard to find in stores. These are the smaller size, Goody makes a larger version of these. These are best for little kids.

Love these clips! They're excellent for short hair. I just wish they still made them with the rubber pieces on the back for thinner hair. They still do a good job, though, and I was happy with how they held my hair in place.
