This kit fits all FastStrike Trim Tilt units from 1997-Current 115-250 Yamaha trim & Tilt units, 225 & 250 only fit 20" shaft. Use pictures as a reference. All the rods seals in this kit are made out of Viton a very expensive super material formulated by Dupont and will resist everything from ethanal to UV's to Oxidation from salt water environments. You won't find a better kit anywhere for this application, once properly rebuilt these seals will outlive the life of the motor. We also included the 5 O-rings in between the valve body and manifold, if your unit is giving you issues the valve body needs to come off and the 5 O rings need to be replaced. This was a flawed design put together by showa, in a Freshwater application on a bass boat you will see the bolts have stretched and losses their torque form the hydraulic pressure in between the valve body and manifold. In a salt water application salt and corrosion builds between the flange and wedges it apart as well as oxidizing the O-ring grooves and forcing them to fail and fall out of place. Does not fit Yamaha 200-300hp 4 Stroke This kit also fits Suzuki, Honda, Tohatsu Nissan, All Showa Style 3 ram integrated trim tilt system. 6CB-43800-01-00 64E-43800-04-4D 6CB-43800-01-00 Fits Yamaha Boat Power Trim Tilt Units 115HP, 150HP, 175HP, 200HP, 225HP (20" Shaft), 250HP (20" Shaft) & More From 1997 to Current Seal Kit of All 3 Cylinders and More on a 1997 or Newer Fast Strike Trim Tilt Unit 115HP - 250HP Fits 60X-43800-00-4D, 63P-43800-00-4D, 63P-43800-01-4D, 63P-43800-02-4D, 63P-43800-02-8D, 63P-43800-03-00, 63P-43800-03-00, 63P-43800-06-00, 63P-43800-07-00, 64E-43800-05-00, 64E-4384J-00-00, 67H-43800-00-4D, 68F-43800-00-4D, 68F-43800-01-4D, 68V-43800-03-4D, 68V-43800-04-00 & More This kit also fits Suzuki, Honda, Tohatsu Nissan, All Showa Style 3 ram integrated trim tilt system. Missing o-ring (64E-43883-00-00), dust cap for tilt (64E-43898-00-00) would not fit and I ended up ripping it.

Six months and still no leak so I say the kit works great. Pay attention to pitting on the shaft. I sanded all shafts with 800, 1000 and then a final 1500 grit before installing.

The trim seal kit was exactly right and the trim works well. The delivery of the package from the United States to Finland took only 5 days, but the goods stood at Finnish customs for 10 days, probably due to EU regulations.
