I used this to hold up a tarp on the side of my house and the sun melted the tape (in the winter mind you) to where it would not hold the tarp up any longer. On top of that, it left a horrible residue that I cannot get off of the house. I recommend not buying for outdoor use. False advertisement in that manner.

Be careful in initially unwinding it so the backer stays on for fitting. Cut with a sharp blade guided by a straight edge on a piece of plywood or similar. Do not use scissors. This did a great job of protecting my roof from the feet of some new HVAC ductwork.

Man o man be sure of where you want to put it down, cause you can’t move it when once it touches down! Super seal and the white looks great.

This is thick and soft. It forms well to seams and corners without a problemThis is the stickiest and most aggressive adhesive I've found - even on a perfectly smooth and clean steel surface, it was nearly impossible to peal off immediately after putting it down very lightly.With a little pressure or a roller to seal this, it's really well attached - even corners won't peal.This tape gives you the sense that you probably don't need to worry about your repair - it forms into the surface and sticks really well even on rough surfaces if they are clean.Impressive tape - seems to work really well and stay where you need it - great to have on hand for leaks when they show up.

I could not close the leaking from the top due to the screen and soffit. Sealants were not working in the past. So this time I decided to try tape. Perfect product, very sticky, smooth surface and easy to handle. I filled the gutter up with water for 24hours and not a drop of water came through. I’m happy!
