Mounting the mixer on the drill

Insert the stamping rod into the mixing rod and squeeze the catalyst at 1/4,2/4,3/4 of the injection cylinder respectively

Connect the mixer to the stirring rod, rotate it clockwise and push and pull at both ends

Pull out the mixing rod after completion to make sure there is no excessive catalyst left.

I’ve been mixing sealant for decades by hand for airplanes. This is by far the easiest way to mix, other than a dedicated mixing machine. The hi-locks need to have a little loctite applied to prevent them from backing out.

This is a great little sealant mixer that can be used with any tube of pro seal. It’s very well machined and is a 5 sided drive as opposed to the traditional mandrel style, the 2 pins are essentially hi-loks, great value for the money and is better made then most higher priced mixers

This mixer performs as it should. When chucked in a drill it spins uniformly with little to no wobble. I yoinked a star because my mixer had a couple of nicks. Obviously that did not affect functionality but shows that QC might be a little off.
