About this item

  • The self-drilling drywall anchors are easier to use, they are designed to offer stronger engagement to the wall compared to other types, and they will provide a flat, clean appearance in the drywall.
  • Durable plastic anchors can last many years. Additional benefits include rust-free, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, high-toughness, easy to use and remove.
  • Scope of application: 3/8", 1/2" or 5/8" gypsum wallboard (drywall).
  • Kit Includes 20 plastic anchors, 20 #8 x 1'' screws and a plastic case. Each anchor hangs up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-drill precise pilot holes when used on drywall/hollow walls/gypsum wallboard, no further treatment of the holes are needed. Avoid studs.

The Self Drilling Drywall Plastic Anchors with Screws kit comes with plastic anchors and metal screws, which are perfect for hanging panels, decorative items, pictures, paintings and mirrors on plaster walls/drywalls.
They are suitable for hanging blinds, curtains, shelves, artwork, etc. These expansion screws kits can provide a flush and clean appearance in gypsum board.
Plastic dry wall anchors and metal screws can ensure a very life of application.
The unique design improves the engagement of the wall and the clamping force. The screws will be inserted to the drywall easily and safely without damage.
Make sure the color of the plastic anchors match that of your wall.
Application procedures:
1. Avoid studs, drill precise holes with a drill bit.
2. Insert the plastic anchor into the hole, and then use a hand screw driver the anchor until the anchor head is flat at the wall.
3. Insert the metal tapping screw inside and tighten the screw with a screw driver.
4. Fixing is complete.
Notes:
Use for drywalls/gypsum board only, do not use on very thin or very thick drywalls. It’s recommended to have appropriate pre-drilled pilot holes in order to have smooth applications.
Warning:
Wear goggles and gloves.

Drywall anchor plastic is VERY poor quality. The plastic drive is not strong enough to withstand the torque of screwing the anchor into the drywall - the drive will strip out before the screw is fully seated. See attached picture.Note I tried a different company's drywall anchors in the same wall and they worked fine. Shop elsewhere.

I don’t like most anchors that come with frames, or furniture because they usually break easily. These are strong and very easily go into drywall. No cracking or breaking off. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

For some reason these aren't as good as the one sold in Home Depot because when you try to make a hole with them it takes a long time and sometimes doesn't make the hole at all, you actually have to drill or start a hole before inserting these. They are still great for the price

I have bought similar kind of anchors at a local store, but they were pretty expensive there. By contrast, for $6, I got 20 anchors and screws. Much better price. And these are good anchors too.So while there are other choices for attaching things to walls, if you have a low to medium weight to hold, these kind of anchors are a good choice. Firm. Easy to install. For heavier loads, I would consider going to molly bolts instead.

These are nice and sturdy, but use a screwdriver! This is probably common sense to most people, but it wasn’t to me. I tried a drill the first time, and it broke. The trick is to make a little hole first and hammer the pointy tip of the anchor in. Then use a screwdriver and slowly screw it into the wall until it’s secure. Then the silver screw that comes with it fits perfectly in the drywall anchor.
