Took me about an hour to put together. I like the feeling of the pad and how stable the bench itself feels when I'm doing crunches. Great addition to my home gym.

The set up bench is well put together easy to assemble and is very sturdy. The bench is always in the incline. It does not lay flat, but is also adjustable in its height and its leg adjustments. The tools and the bolts are very convenient and the assembly instructions are very straightforward. It is a comfortable bench, and it was really nice that the nuts and washers were attached to each bolt made for assembly to be even faster.
