Great little basic reformer. Don’t go in expecting studio quality, but it gets the job done. Easy to put together and have had no troubles. The one thing I’ll mention is that while it IS foldable, you have to partially disassemble to do that. So, it’s not a quick open/close to use. I will now have to find a spot to leave it set up because I know personally if I have to even partially assemble/disassemble each time, it’ll be a deterrent. If you’re like me, maybe that’s a consideration.

Well, I guess the saying is true that you get what you pay for!! After using this reformer only 4 times, I realized that the carriage fell out of place after setting it up to use one day. I contacted customer service first and provided all these pictures and their advice was basically to put it back in place lol. Obviously, if that was possible I wouldn't have reached out to them! It literally became stuck and unfixable. I tried to contact their customer service again and the email just bounced back. DO NOT PURCHASE. Invest in a better brand. It's a good thing that I always practise to keep the box from big purchases for the period of the warranty, otherwise the return process wouldn't be as smooth. The only positive experience I had was with Amazon in responding to my request for a return promptly!

The setup was easy and equipment is a bit heavy and required 2 people. It doesn’t take up a lot of space since it’s foldable.

Was in the process of assembling the reformer when I was unable to unscrew the bolt and washer for the bar to attach. Tried everything to remove it. The Allen Key that was sent didn’t fit 100% to begin with. So disappointed. I really don’t want to send it back but idk how else to remove the screw (with it being a rounded edge).

Solid equipment for people desires to exercise at home. We worked 6 days a week, and do not have time to go to the gym, this equipment fits our life style, it is sturdy and well built, easy to install, we workout at home since we got this equipment couple weeks ago, we exercise at home following our mood and time schedule, one equipment for the whole family. It is foldable, easy for storage. Price is reasonable and affordable, compared to the membership fee to the gym. Will definitely recommend to anyone who want to exercise at home.

I love this machine but the slot that the pulley goes into snapped off. Luckily it didn't hit me in the back or my head. I am sad to return it because I got a great workout everytime. I only had it two weeks. 😢Update: I have been trying to return this because it didn't last but 2 weeks before it broke. I hauled the heavy reformer to UPS but they said they could not return it because they didn't have a box big enough. I've not been able to find a box big enough. I then called a welder. He said it would be $600 to come to my house so I would have to bring it to them which would cost $60. He went on to say that he is not sure if he can weld it because it has a plastic piece on the inside. I went to home depot to see if I could get some welding glue but I was told that the welding glue would only last about 2 weeks. This has been so stressful. I can't return this so I'm just stuck with it and lost my money.Update:Customer service reached out to me and I was very please with how they resolved my issue.

Cheaply made junk you can find on Temu for a fraction of the cost. The part you sit on doesn’t really move and it’s quite small.

Opened up the entire package to realize the metal screw has been screwed on so tight to the footbar that I am unable to unscrew it and attach it to the machine. I called Amazon but they were no help. Is there anyway to just get a footbar replacement? Manufacturer help!!!!!!!!
