I shot my last feature film mostly in cars on the move, and I used this mic along with a Sennheiser MKE400 and a pair of Rode wireless pro lavaliers. I found it’s audio capture quality not as good as it’s bigger brother (hardly shocking considering the price difference/build quality) but it did very well and obviously much better than camera scratch audio, and actually it saved me more than once. It’s a great mic and if it’s not totally up to movie sound quality, I think it’s super useful (and affordable) for video and content creators.

I use it on a daily basis. The battery life is great and the windscreen does it’s job well. I generally use it for outdoor use because the wind noise from the phone built in microphones is unacceptable.

Excepted the product I purchased to be NEW, especially since I paid FULL price. I received an opened box product, seems like the product I received was returned at one time, then sent back out. Mic works and all accessories are there, according to the Sennheiser website. A bit disappointed in this transaction.

This mic is one of the best designed on the market, utilizing shock dampening on the inside so the mic doesnt flop around like others. This is also very well made and comes with a threaded mount cable for smart phones as well as standard TRS for cameras. Audio quality is also quite good!
