My son was sweating his ballz off in the third floor attic tiny apartment. They had a window unit to help them sleep but nothing reached the main area. Same w if they had one in the main area they would have a hot sleep. I got This on prime day and sent as a gift. With the weather here 40C in his apartment- he’s now super happy he can cook in the kitchen again. It was unbearable. So much for cool Northern Ontario summers (Thunder Bay)

Got this to avoid the heat, but just feeling the burn of spending over $200.Arrived quick with everything in it but was super disappointed with it only being for vertical windows - as my apartment has horizontal sliding windows and won’t let me put any screws in the wall for additional support. My fault, I should’ve not assumed there’d be anything to make it work in horizontals. If you have horizontal windows, please do not buy this.I made it work, using the box’s cardboard to patch the half-foot gap between it and the top of the window, and set it to max to cool off after sweating to install it the best I can. Even on max, the apartment is pretty hot. I should’ve just gotten four fans, but I’ll be sticking with it as i don’t want to go through the struggle of returning.If your windows shut vertically and you want your place a tad cooler, there’s probably better options on Facebook marketplace. The benefit to this unit is it ships quick and is relatively quiet, even on max settings.

This unit works great for a garage turned bedroom. I keep it on about 3/4's of the way up and it keeps room very comfortable. It is very easy to install with a little know how. It is a great purchase for the price. I have 2 other units and when they need to be replaced I will purchase this unit to replace them.

The only negative I could possibly give this is that it doesn’t come with a remote, but that’s because it’s not digitized all the knobs are manual adjustment. That being said the unit is very low profile and doesn’t stick out far from the window. Very easy to install runs quietly and cools the room Efficiently. I happen to love Senville products and also have one other room unit and a mini split system in my living room That runs so quietly that I don’t even realize it’s on most of the time And cools the house beautifully without having to crank it down in temperature

These are providing EXACTLY what they claim. One room A/C and it does a great job.Downside is the air can only be directed left to right and not UP and DOWN from the unit. So beware of the opening height.. If its too low, it might be behind the sofa or headboard..

I was surprised and overly satisfied with the performance of this product to the point that I ordered another one. I had purchased another brand about a week before this one with same features, same BTUs (5,000/150 square feet cooling) and this one has by far supersedes the other one I bought. It's quiet and cools GREAT! Only thing it doesn't have is the energy save mode and no remote HOWEVER for the price I paid I'm 100% satisfied!

This is as simple as it gets for an air conditioner - it fits my 15 x 17 inch windowPretty quiet so far and working great ( have only bought it a few days ago)WillSee if it holds up in the real hot summer days to come.. I use it to cool my 430 square feet appartement.

We got this unit when our main central air unit went out at our house, we used it in a bedroom not the whole house. This unit is compact but cools like you are in Alaska.. very cold air!! The only dislike is the display is very light (white lettering on a tan background) which is hard to read but other than that it cools amazing!! Very easy to use and install.

For a little room, this ac is amazing, easy to set up and easy to put in the window, and the coldness from the ac is amazing, noise is loud, but I don’t care for the noise, Quality is great. Size is perfect for my window, but make sure to measure your window.

After waiting, the air conditioner came and finally my small air conditioner came. I opened the box and I am very happy. I mean very because of the heat in my room, but now I am very happy with this air conditioner. I searched a lot for an air conditioner and found this right price that gives excellent cooling. I highly recommend it to your room. It makes a little annoying sound, but it's okay, it's better than feeling heat, be careful when installing from the blades from the back, it's very sensitive and here is some picture I hope I helped you
