Installed unit for it to not turn on whatsoever, turns out it was the board and they sent me one for free.3 Stars because manual was terrible and it didn’t work in the first place. Also they do not explain or provide what you need for install.You have to buy your own hooks for install when you get around to installing the unit.

Do yourself a favor and buy a reputable brand! We found parts missing, wrong connectors for control board and installation instructions were generic, and often pointed to devices not in the kit. I will not buy from this brand again.

I purchased this directly from the company. It is still in my living room boxed up after 4 weeks. They say it is easy to install but they do not provide most of the items needed to install in their accessory Box. Especually the tracing paper and hooks for the ceiling casset. Nor is the online manual clear abt what hooks, screw, and what size. Probably some of the most important pieces for a DIY install. Good luck finding an air condition company to help you. When I reached ourt tto Senville I was told search the internet. When I finally opened the box and found things were missing. I called the company and got a voicemail!!!. I then emailed the company. I waited one week and no one responded. I then sent a second email. I got a response stating someone from tech support will call to help you. They totally dismissed my inquiry regarding where my accessories were. I emailed a second time as nobody ever contacted me from "tech support". I am VERYdisappointed in the customer service. When I inquired how to I return the product I received no response.I am sorry I purchased this item.. Do your homework and find someone first to install it before you purchase it. I guess nowadays to get anyone's attention I will have to get an attorney involved. Buyer beware.

Senville has a very helpful and easily reachable technical help department. I also bought another unit from them which I will install in my workshop- A/C onlyThe user guide and installation guide I found a little challenging but workable.The ceiling cassette was the hardest part of the installation but it is so quiet and unobtrusive. Leave an opening of 23" x23" (for this model) by 11" high minimum- 22.5 will not work

Purchased this minisplit for the SEER rating, cost effiency and the fact that it has a ceiling casset dispersion unit. Have not installed it yet but am looking foward to it. Shipping and seller experience so far so good. Will check back and update review once installed.
