Not very durable this is the second pair that I have bought and the same thing has happened to both of them the pins on the back come off easily.

These first perfectly on the collar of my work uniform. Never had any issues with them, they unpin when it's time to wash the uniform and repin easily when it's time to put them back on.

The posts broke off the back of it really easy the first ones I bought. However, they look really good and professional so I bought more to give it a second chance. Here's hoping.
