  • P-Rails SHPR-1s P-90 Neck and Bridge Set, Black
  • Switchable Humbucker, P-90 and Single Coil Pickups
  • Standard Humbucker Size
  • Includes TS-1 Triple Shot Trim Ring Set for Flat Top Guitars

The Seymour Duncan SHPR-1s Triple Shot Flat Set combines a set of the famous Seymour Duncan P-Rails pickups with 2 Triple Shot switchable mounting rings to give you 24 different tones at your fingertips without altering your guitar. This is the TS-1 Flat set to be used on a Super Strat dual humbucker style guitar. In the past, if you wanted humbucker, P90 and Strat tones, you would have needed three different guitars. But now, the P-Rails humbucker delivers all three sounds in a pickup that is a drop-in replacement for any standard sized humbucker. The Triple Shot mounting rings put 2 switches at your fingertips to easily select your voicing. You don't have to install a mini toggle, nor use push pull pots to access the different tones. The bridge and neck P-Rails can each be split to give you an authentic P90, or it can be split to the Rail coil for Strat like tone. With both coils on, you get a big sounding humbucker that packs a nice full punch. The neck pickup in this set is RWRP (reverse wind, reverse polarity) so you are hum- free when using any single coil in the neck with one in the bridge. Combine them in any combo you want. Hand built in Santa Barbara, CA, the P-Rails humbuckers use a pair of alnico 5 bar magnets, comes with 4-conductor leadwire for all of the wiring options, and they vacuum wax potted for squeal free operation.

I had these installed on an Epiphone SG. These pick-ups are excellent. Well worth the money to me.

These pickups are amazing, such a huge range of tones! These pickups woke my telecaster up and now it sounds fantastic. I just can't believe the difference over the stock pickups. I would recommend these pickups regardless of the style of music played.

So I always wanted a "Frampton-esque" guitar (with my own spin on it of course) with the triple pick-ups. But what could be better? 3 P-Rails, 6-way switching, with Triple-shots on all three of the P-Rails! OK, so it's NOT a Gibs*n. This is a my 5th solid-body build, and it turned out pretty nice! The P-rails are AWESOME, I can get the roar of humbuckers, the vintage sweetness of PAFs, or the springy vibe of a strat in any of 3 positions, and in combination with any pair (not all 3 at once). This is a MONSTER of tone, that I am VERY happy with, and MOST of it is due to the P-Rails. I DO wish they came in sets of 3 for "Black Beauty" style LPs (I had to buy a set of two and then a single), but hey, you can't have EVERYTHING right? 5 stars!

The pickups sound great, but one Triple Shot ring came broken. It wasn't worth the hassle of a return to me, so I just put the neck pickup into a standard ring and soldered the wires together into a traditional setup. Disappointing though.

I've bought this pickups and got them a week ago and these are fantastic. I can go now from single coils to humbuckers and lots of mixes in between with just switching them. The sound of the single coils is pretty accurate, and also the sustain and creamy tones of the p90 and humbuckers.I also upgraded the strings with Dadario pure nickel 11 stringsWhat can I say, this is like a brand new guitar

These are great pickups, and the rings provide all sorts of tones. I'd happily give them five stars except the package I ordered was clearly marked as TS-1 with flat rings, but when installed the rings were clearly from the arch top set. I didn't have time to return them because I had a gig to get the guitar ready for, so I got the bridge ring (the neck fits close enough) the next day and was ready to go.Again, this system is a five star system, but the right packaging with the wrong product inside is a manufacturer issue -- it cost me time and money that I can't recover easily without costing me more time which is money (which makes a return pointless imo). It is NOT a shipper issue, I got the correctly marked package, it just had the wrong rings in it.Tonally, I use the p-90 mode a tone for preference, but full humbucker for the thickness when the tone calls for it. The humbucker mode sounds very "Les" like in the neck-through mahogany bodied guitar I installed these in (replaced EMGs, great pups for some things, but not remotely as versatile as these). Honestly, I play music that requires abrupt changes in tone song to song, and these are prefect for mimicking the varied guitars used on the recordings making matching much easier without swapping guitars constantly.I'm considering retro-fitting an old Ibanez Roadstar II 440 HSS (already have DiMarzio PTs in the SS slots) with one of these in the bridge as well -- that's how much I like them.-peace
