I was very skeptical upon buying this pump when all the reviews were (1) star. For the price I purchased (1) to try it out. I used it on Acetone, it worked great. I went ahead an bought (2) more for Denatured Alcohol and Paint Thinner, zero issues. We were experiencing a lot of waste as well as a huge hazard with spilling before. These pumps eliminated that issue.

I bought this to dispense hydraulic oil from 5 gallon pails. I thought it would be more durable that the plastic one I bought at Harbor Freight, but I was wrong. I used it about ten times and it quit. I quickly found out that it was not repairable either.

This was a very poor buy. Upon opening the box I could tell that these pumps were very cheaply made as it had a glass marble in the pump versus a steel ball. When I tested it out on some ethanol, a ton for rust particles came shooting out. I could not take it apart to clean it as it's not designed to come apart some these pumps were useless to me.
