I sized up like recommended and that was the right call. it's pretty comfortable sometimes straps started hurting by end of day. biggest problem is the torso I have a long torso and this does not cover the whole torso so it has the potential to give you a pouch at the bottom of your belly depending on your shape. make it longer!!!

I purchased this SHAPSHE Waist Trainer for Women Workout Corset Waist Cincher Shapewear in a size 3x and the black color. I purchased the 3x based on the size charts Waist measurement.For reference the model pictured is 5'9,200lbs, a size 18 and large to x-large.This corset trainer is excellent quality!There are bra type hook and eye adjusters.This is supportive to the torso, which is helpful to posture.The added benefit is that it helps hold or raise the "girls" up a little.This isn't bulky at all-it fits well under clothing.This corset trainer stays down and doesn't ride up.The corset helps transform your shape, giving it an hourglass boost.I feel this is excellent quality, and a great value!

I have a bad back a need to wear waist trainers/corsets for stability/pain management. This one offers the support that I need while still being comfortable to wear. Smoothing out the curves is just an added bonus.

This is y first weight trainer. I guess I was nieve in the fact that I got my usual size thinking I would start easy, under a dress for wedding. Yeah! I think there is no such thing. It was tight (no surprise there) but with the help of my daughter, I got it on and once I did, it wasn't so bad. Actually, it was very supportive and liked that I can use my own bra. That allows me to coordinate the bra to my outfit of the day, a low V, or more coverage as needed. Overall, I'm okay with it and think it's a great product.
