I love this machine... It does everything just as described. and if you have questions how to use it I highly recommend You Tube, there are lots of videos to help the newbie like myself... I'll probably never use the pro barista knowledge but I listened to them all and felt total confidence to dive in and make an amazing espresso and Cuban coffee. Once set up, it's super easy to use and clean!!! It was missing the single serve filter cup but I kept it anyway, I'll never want anything less than a double anyway! lol Use the cup warmer on the top of the machine, it makes a dif if you like it really hot. It's a great buy for the price!! The only trouble I'm having is tamping down the grounds just right so the water flows through the grounds completely, there are videos on you tube just about this subject alone so I don't feel bad, I'll get the feel of it soon.

Works well, the water pressure is a bit strong, so the water passes through very quickly, it can be adjusted with a fine coffee, to me that I’m very fun of good expresso, for a home machine and for the price, it's excellent.

After looking at all these latte machines on here, I finally found this one. I honestly didn't realize it was called Shardor... Funny name. Maybe it comes from the mountains where Frodo gets his coffee...Anyway, I've had this thing for about 3 weeks and here's the pros and cons.Pros:Compact (was a little smaller than I expected)Nice design (I got the stainless one)20 bar (that's a lot of pressure)Easy to use touch padEasy to cleanMakes good coffee, perfect cremaDecent instructions (obviously from China, but a lot better than many)Has suction cups to keep it in place when putting the coffee handle in (nice tight fit)Cons:Cleaning instructions are inadequate. The machine had a very strong chemical odor even after cleaning it per the instructions. You'll need some crappy coffee and run it through the process of making coffee several times (like 7 or 8) to make it finally go away. Run it through the wand for a while too. After that it's been great.The rubber on the knob can rotate without turning the knob.Those are about the only real cons so far.Other notes: the steamer takes about 60 seconds to produce pure steam without some water spraying through. It also comes out at high pressure so be sure to cover your cup or whatever with a towel otherwise you'll get water on the counter. (Helps keep your counter clean I suppose)Make sure you follow the instructions about how fine too grind the beans. If it's too fine it'll take a lot longer to make your coffee. Don't tamp too hard either.All in all it takes about 8 minutes for me to make my morning coffee from start to finish which is a 20% speed improvement over the Krups machine I had (which was great too BTW)So far I'm very satisfied with this little coffee machine.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Espresso Machine for the Price!When a latte cost $7, this machine pays for itself in less than a month!I am absolutely thrilled with this Espresso Machine! For the price, it's an incredible value. I've had several $400+ machines from Breville and this machine gives them competition at a fraction of the cost. It's so easy to use even for someone new to making espresso at home. The touchscreen controls are intuitive and make pulling shots a breeze. Cleanup is also super simple, which is a huge plus. Beyond its functionality, this machine looks fantastic on my counter. The stainless steel finish is sleek and modern. My favorite feature is the ability to program the shot length. This allows me to customize my espresso to exactly how I like it. I highly recommend the this Espresso Machine to anyone looking for a quality espresso maker without breaking the bank!

I researched a lot on buying a good and trouble free espresso machine. This one fits right in. It's got temp control, descale and manual mode to brew for any length. This to me completes it.As for the espresso quality, it's just as good as any machine. It's a simple process and any machine with adequate pressure will make a decent espresso. This one does what it's supposed to do. I'm just hoping it is durable cuz it's certainly a keeper
