There awsome but there def to just keep things from smashing your knees and boots as I feel like they would just twist out of the way if you went down I wear them ontop I feel a gel kneepad under the pants would still be a good idea

These guards are perfect for what I implemented them for to save my legs from flying wood when I use them all the split wood and it flies back and hits me a right in the shin therefore for the money they’re perfect and they’re lightweight and they’re perfect for my used !

these fit good and work well under my pants. you should wear loose pants when using these. some jeans are too tight for them.Update: I went down pretty hard with these under my jeans. My jeans ripped open upon impact at the knee. No damage to my body. Without these I'd could have a broken knee!

After reading the reviews I almost didn't buy these until I read the 1 review that said people need to stop giving bad reviews because they were using them for sport games and over the pants. These are dirt bike knee pads and suppose to be worn under your pants. Well, I bought these because I kept banging my shins on the foot petal when I try to clutch, my shins are all bruised and sore. I put these on under my pants and they protected my shins perfectly! I was weary about putting them under my pants because I thought the knee pad part would stick out and be annoyining but I didn't even notice I had them on. I was glad I had them on when I dumped my bike!

Great protection for the shins but there's no strap for it to stay attached at top of the knee

These work great. I feel more relaxed when riding knowing my knees and shins are protected. I use these under my pants and they really aren't that noticeable. The knee gaurd part does not have a strap so if you are wearing them outside of your pants the knee gaurd sticks straight up (vertical) and that looks kinda weird. Walking around with them on isn't too bad but I don't stop and walk around much anyway. I am 5'5" and with my boots on they just touch the top of my boots. ( My boots from heal to the top of the boot is about 9".Great price too.

I purchased these as a means of protecting my knees for teaching self defense in the FAST program (Fear Adrenaline Stress Training). The guards attach by a velocro system in two points, top of shin and right below the calf. Unfortunately, the knee protection is "free-floating" and is not secure. That is a major limitation of this particular set.The construction is definitely solid and the front of the guards are hard polymer. The padding that contacts the user is soft and supportive.Overall I find it helpful but I would have preferred more stability with respect to the knee guards.

I bought these to wear under my Kevlar-lined jeans while riding on my RC51 sportbike. For the money, I think these guards are excellent. There are 4 things I look for in any piece of motorcycle armor:- Armor effectiveness- Does it stay in place- How comfortable/uncomfortable is it- Bang for the buck(figuratively speaking)The Enforcers provide what feels like pretty solid protection for my knees and shins. With the two adjustable Velcro straps, the guards stay in place even with the angles I have to bend them at on my bike. The knee guard articulates so it always covers my knee. Chances are you'd never know I was wearing them under my jeans. However, they never completely "disappear" feeling-wise, so I know I'm always wearing them, but they usually are not uncomfortable. The only negative is when they do get a bit uncomfortable. I have slightly large calves and the upper velcro strap sometimes works it way up around the back of my knee. That gets to be annoying pretty quick. The price of these guards are much lower than any other motorcycle specific knee guards out there. It is worth getting them just to try out at this price point. If you're only wearing jeans when riding, you really need knee guards - I speak from experience. These things will absorb the impact of your knees hitting the asphalt at speed (just visualize that for a minute) for a very affordable price. For street riding when I'm wearing my Kevlar-lined jeans, I give these a thumbs up!
