I use this all day! I put it on my desk chair to support my back, I rest my knees on it while sitting on the couch, and I even put it under my legs to sleep! Next thing to try is in the car! I have yet to find a part of my life where this hasn't help with my back pain. It's nice and comfortable and gives good support without feeling like a rock in my back! Love it!

Great support for rocking a baby to sleep or working from a home office. It’s got a soft but supportive memory foam fill that perfectly cushions my lower back. I’ve also used it to supper under my arms while rocking or feeding my baby.I love how stylish it looks in my living room unlike the supportive cushions I’ve used in the past this blends right in. I have kids and pets and can attest that it cleans up easily and easily refluffs when thrown in the dryer. It’s a great little cushion that we’ve all started competing over!

I was looking for back pillow as well as yoga pillow and this one has it all. It’s very comfortable and combination of firmness and softness. It supports my back and give a pain relief.

I got this to replace a couple of the circular/cylindrical cervical pillows that I've used off and on for years but tend to stop using simply because they're a hassle. Specifically, they're a hassle to keep in place in the car or in my office chair, where they slide down into lower positions or get stuck in the gap of the chairback, making them useless at best and painful at worst.This pillow is nice because it is taller than those style of pillows. Its rectangular shape is more convenient and practical. Because of both its shape and the shredded memory foam filling, it stays in place more easily, even without a Velcro strap securing it. It's less likely to roll or slide down because even if I shift around a bit, some part of my back braces it against the back of the seat.Either the memory foam is shredded finely enough or the cover is thick enough, or both, so that it doesn't feel lumpy like some other items I've bough with shredded memory foam stuffing. It's nice, solid, and squishy, with good resistance and bounce back. The front of the pillow is slightly concave to help it "hug" or mold better to your back. I was worried this would decrease the amount of support I felt, but it feels like.It's not ugly-looking, as far as cushions like this go. The fabric is soft but thick and durable. It's in a weave similar to what you'd see on some upholstery fabrics—like a sofa, chair, or thick curtains. It looks nice and feels nice. I got the charcoal, and it honestly matches reasonably well with furniture in the places I'll use it—office, car, living/family rooms, etc.It's nice that the whole thing is washable and small enough to throw in the wash with other items. It makes up for the fact that the cover isn't removable.I wish it were a bit taller and broader, or they had a larger version, only because I am a "big and tall" person. If this company comes out with a version with even slightly taller and wider dimensions, I'll get it.I will be using it on a very long road trip soon, and will update my review if I have any negatives after that trip.Until then, this works!

Love love love. I had a back injury and my back needed more support, so I started looking into pillows for pain relief. This pillow is the best and it had greatly reduced my pain. I loved it so much that I purchased three more.
