I got these for my husband, who is on his feet all day. He really liked how comfortable they were the good and bad thing is the thickness and compression. In that the thickness is not not thick at all they are really kind of thin socks so that allows for breathing and for feet that can be wonderful however it lacks the extra cushion thick socks can give. The compression aspect he also said was kind of lacking as that they were a little loose. I know the proper size to order for him as he asked if I got the right size. So maybe if you want a pair of these order one size smaller if you want a snug compression. All this being said my husband also mentioned that when he just doubled up on the socks the were perfect and it fixed all the previous mentioned issues. So as a whole good socks easy to get on and definitely knee hieght

I know they are "compression" socks, but they were way too tight around my hubby's calf. He said they were very uncomfortable. One size up probably would have been fine, but there was only one size to choose from. I wouldn't recommend if you have muscular or large calves. The material seemed to have good quality and seems like they would last. Sizing was the only issue.

these are the worst socks ever. I am a shoe size 10 and these socks cover 8-14. They have such a small amount of lycra that you cannot stretch them over your feet/heel. Absolutely unuseable. Can't really understand how a sock manufacturer could make such a bad product. Stay away.

My wife has been using compression socks for work and travel for about 2 years. She has encouraged me to give it a try, but most compression socks are super thin and not comfortable when I'm on my feet at work.I requested these socks as they are advertised to have a thicker sole. They are white which works for my casual work clothes.First, the sizing chart doesn't really make sense, it doesn't seem to matter what shoe size or calf size, but both fit Large and Extra-Large. I wear an 11 US shoe size and my calfs are 15-16" in circumference, so I ordered Large and they work great. They are very tall, so I roll the cuff down about an inch and that feels great.Immediately, you know they have good compression because they are a challenge to put on. This is NOT a negative. If the sliding on easily (like some real cheap tube socks) then they won't have enough compression!O have a trip planned next month and I plan on using them on the flight from the US to Europe. If they fail me during that trip, I will update my review. But based on my current experience, I think they are going to work great. I give them 5 stars!

I was searching for a pair of compression socks for my 14 year old son and got the privilege of giving these a try and was impressed enough that I will be buying additional pairs. My son has multiple health conditions that cause calf, feet, and knee pain. What we liked about them:Texture and Durability: The socks have a very pleasant texture which is a huge positive for someone who has sensitivities to how materials feel. They are similar to the feeling of performance material which can be best described as a mixture between smooth and knitted. We have washed them a handful of times and there is no pilling and they come clean easily.Compression: The socks are tight enough that they are providing enough benefit to be worn all day while not becoming uncomfortable and significantly reducing pain in the feet, calf, and knees. After a short while you barely notice you are still wearing them and it is not until you take them off that you notice how big of a difference it makes. I really like how the knit changes around areas like the arch of the foot to help support your arch as I am flat footed.Height: These socks are best for someone between 5' and 6' to hit right below the knee without needing to be folded. Additionally, they stay up unlike many socks that you have to constantly pull up through out the day. The socks were a little high on my son (5'1") but not high enough he had to roll them or disliked them. I am 6' and they fit perfectly about 1.5" below the knee. What we didn't like:Color: The white is great but would the product would be significantly better if it came in a black or grey option as well.Size concern: My son (5'1" and me 6') have pretty average size calves and I am not sure how comfortable they would be for someone with very large calves. It should be noted however, the foot section seems to adjust well to very different sizes so the calf section might be fine as well. I wear a size 12 US Mens and my son wears a size 7.5 US Mens and we both found the socks to be comfortable and fit well.Final Thoughts:Overall this is a great product for someone looking for light and durable daily wear compression socks to help with feet, knee, and ankle pain. Individuals who are over 6', under 5's may find the socks do not hit at the right spot on the leg to achieve maximum benefits. There is a potential concern for anyone with larger calves as I am unsure if the calf section would be too tight for those individuals. My son has been wearing them constantly since we received them and says they have significantly helped him.
