I really like these rings, they are very functional. We were having problems with the shower rod and curtain rings. We have a tension rod and the rings were constantly getting caught on the rod. My partner had particularly more trouble than I did. I kept finding the rings on the floor (they were an open S style). I discovered that they make these plastic shower rod covers that make it so that the shower rod has a continuous flow.. nothing for the rings to get caught on. Now for me that alone would have worked on its own but my partner struggled with the style of rings I preferred that were more aesthetically pleasing, so I went looking for ones that would work better for him but still looked nice. I did not like the traditional ones with the “rolling balls.”…. the ones that look like an upside down pear shaped safety pin. They are made cheap and look awful (my opinion). These looked sturdier and looked fairly nice so I purchased them. They have done the job. We have had them for more than a year now and have had no problems with them. If your shower rings are still getting caught I highly recommend pairing these with a curtain rod cover.

Only sent 10pcs and plastic packaging was broken as if it was used. Hinges are stiff. Keeping because it's more of a hassle to return and we needed hooks.

I bought these to replace the shower curtain hooks I had that kept coming on hooked. These were easy to put on and they slide so smoothly. They stay hooked. I did look around at local stores first but these looked much sturdier than the ones in the store. They definitely are sturdier and my shower curtain is hanging down the right length.

These are very nice hooks. I like how they close very easily. I have had no problem with them opening, and I move them twice a day. I use it as a privacy curtain on a large window over my soaker tub; open during the day and close in the evening. I would definitely recommend.
